For Your 2026 Fall Rally Free Time

Use this guide to plan your free-time visits during the rally. Several of the most popular sites require timed-entry tickets or reservations — book those well in advance. Most Smithsonian museums are free and walk-in friendly.
These attractions require timed entry, advance booking, or a Congressional request. Release windows vary — reserve as early as the listed window allows.
Most timed tickets are free but limited. Advance passes typically release at 8:00 AM the morning of their release date and can be gone within minutes for popular sites. Same-day passes are often released a few minutes later. Always check the official website the day before you plan to visit.
Tours include the State Floor public rooms — Blue Room, Red Room, Green Room, State Dining Room, Cross Hall, and Entrance Hall. Requests must be submitted through your U.S. Senator or Representative. Tours are free but can change with little notice. President Donald J. Trump and First Lady Melania Trump welcome guests to tour the White House.
